Welcome
Bob Hudson has a private counseling practice in the Denver and Colorado Springs area. He also is the founder of several retreats and seminars such as: Men at the Cross, Women at the Cross, Living in Truth: Embracing God's Design and Breaking Down the Walls. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Denver Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
His passion is to see men, women and couples experience genuine growth and maturity through his counseling practice and through the many retreats and seminars that he offers. As a Christian, Bob believes in the transforming power of God's grace and truth as revealed through Jesus Christ. A central focus of Bob's work is the death and resurrection of Christ. Fundamental to all personal growth is the awareness that we must come to God "in our brokenness," that is to say, in the reality of who we really are.
The image of God is broken in us and it is by God's presence in our lives that He restores to us the image of Christ within. How does this take place? As Bob oftentimes says, "If God deemed it necessary to come to us through Christ, broken on the cross, how is it possible that we should come to Him in any other way?" We must come to God in our brokenness just as he comes to us through Christ. So many of our struggles in life have to do with our resistance to living in the reality of our need before God and others. As we choose to identify how we have turned our hearts away from God's provision, we are then able to come to Him and truly discover His abundant grace.
Whether it is through counseling work, or through retreats and seminars, Bob endeavors to bring people to the truth about themselves, and more importantly, the truth about God.
Endorsements:
"In our fast-paced, and often soul-wearying lives, it's a rare thing to find a ministry or resource that facilitates authentic transformation toward Christian maturity. Bob Hudson is just such a minister, counselor, and teacher. As a respected friend, ministry colleague, and fellow kingdom worker, Bob's focus is consistent; to point men and women to the cross of Christ - the place where all true transformation begins and ends."
Rev. Michael John Cusick
Founder & Director, Restoring the Soul
"I cannot recount all the blessings which have come through Bob and his ministry to me personally as well as to the church I pastor. Bob has an amazing ability to take people to the foot of the cross and experience the healing that is found there. What I appreciate most is that this ministry is real and authentic, without all the standard Christian platitudes and cliches. Men and women in our church have learned to step more fully into who God has made them to be - leaving behind the counterfeit shadow of existence so many settle for. This is Bob's desire for the people he ministers to and leads, and I have seen the Lord's anointing on this work and on this man."

"Many men in our church have participated in "Men at the Cross," and they have returned inspired and stirred to be better men. Bob moves beyond outward symptoms and addresses the deeper issues of the heart in the light of God's penetrating grace."
